Founded to service the needs of an expanding commercial real estate portfolio, Vista Pacific Group & DCL Management focus on acquiring value add properties and representing clients in the leasing, purchasing and selling industrial, retail and office properties.

Together, Vista Pacific Group and DCL Management own, manage and operate over 650,000 square feet of commercial properties. Both companies benefit from 40 years in combined experience from Dexter Lai, Charlie Lai and Josh Heyum, who oversee each aspect necessary in producing outstanding asset results.

From identifying purchase opportunities, sharing a long term vision, implementing sound leasing strategies to managing daily operations; we have a deep understanding in commercial asset management from extensive field experience.
